The Clayton County Fatherhood Conference and Awards is a powerful community-centered experience designed to uplift, equip, and celebrate fathers while strengthening families across Clayton County.
This event brings together fathers, families, community leaders, and professionals for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, practical resources, and connection, followed by an evening awards dinner honoring fathers and community leaders who are making a positive impact.

Breakout Session Leaders | Open Call to Apply
Are you passionate about empowering fathers, strengthening families, and creating positive change in our community?
The Clayton County Fatherhood Conference: Legacy of Fatherhood will take place on June 5th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Morrow Center in Morrow, GA. We are now accepting applications from experienced facilitators, practitioners, coaches, and community leaders who are interested in leading a 40-minute breakout session at the conference.
This is an opportunity to share your expertise, lived experience, and practical tools with fathers and community leaders seeking growth, healing, and leadership in their homes and communities.
Breakout Session Focus Areas
Applicants must align their proposed session with one of the following tracks:
Track 1:
Leading with Love
Sessions focused on showing up as intentional, emotionally available fathers and leaders. Topics may include healthy masculinity, emotional intelligence, communication, healing father wounds, modeling healthy relationships, character development, values-based leadership, and building strong, loving connections with children and families.
Track 2:
Co-Parenting & Blended Families
Sessions addressing effective co-parenting and blended family dynamics, navigating child support, communication between households, conflict resolution, legal considerations, and building stable, healthy family systems across multiple homes.
Track 3:
Getting to the Bag: Money, Employment & Entrepreneurship
Sessions focused on increasing income, building wealth, and creating financial stability. Topics may include job readiness, employment pathways, entrepreneurship, side hustles, budgeting, credit, debt management, financial literacy, business start-up basics, and long-term wealth-building strategies.
